The operation concerns the provision of a set of coherent vocational counselling and guidance actions and specialized vocational training and certification to 4984 unemployed beneficiaries with low educational qualifications.The basic objective of the operation is to provide comprehensive support to unemployed people through a wide range of actions that cover their complementary different needs, the enhancement and updating of their knowledge and skills and the immediate enhancement of their professional capacity to meet the modern requirements and specialization needs created by new technological and productive developments in dynamic fields of sectors that are able to develop or improve a competitive advantage in terms of innovation technology quality synergies extroversion while at the same time satisfying the conditions for achieving smart and sustainable development and strengthening the competitiveness of the national economy.The beneficiaries of the operation are 4984 unemployed graduates of Primary and Post-Secondary Education from the Group of Regions No 1 of the Call, namely Eastern Macedonia Thrace Central Macedonia Western Greece Epirus ThessalyThe selection of thematic subjects of the training programmes takes into account the existing situation of the labour market. in terms of employment and qualitative and quantitative characteristics of unemployment of the unemployed with low educational qualifications, the development potential as well as the existing human and business potential, the emerging prospects and trends of sectors of the economy with growth and job creation potential.In particular, 90 hours of theoretical training will be carried out in horizontal interdisciplinary knowledge Soft Skills 180 hours of theoretical training in specialized thematic subjects in dynamic sectors and priority sectors of the regional and national economy 75 hours of practical training.
