The object of the project is the energy upgrade of the Papastratio Municipal Library of Agrinio and the X Capralos Art Gallery through targeted interventions to reduce operating costs and improve internal conditions These interventions include building and electromechanical works related to the addition of thermal insulation to the exterior walls, the replacement of old windows and doors, the replacement of the existing boiler and burner, the upgrade of the lighting system with new LED luminaires, the installation of a BEMS energy management system and the installation of PV with a storage system without zero feed in with storage
