The project concerns the energy upgrade of the nursing units of the General Hospital of Pella Nursing Units of Giannitsa and Edessa with parallel production of energy from Renewable Energy Sources RES Includes, among other things, external thermal insulation works and installation of new aluminum frames and energy-type glass replacement of lamps with new LED technology corresponding efficiency replacement of central air conditioning units in the surgeries modernization of cooling heating systems and hot water supply using ZNX installation of photovoltaic systems with the method of net metering energy offset and installation of an Energy Management System for BEMS Buildings The implementation of the project will contribute to the reduction of the energy and environmental footprint of the aforementioned nursing units for the coming decades and will contribute to the substantial reduction of their operating costs
