The act concerns the settlement of a demarcated part of the Goura stream within an approved urban plan of the settlement of Nea Seleucia, 7th Urban Unit of Igoumenitsa and in a length of 1738 m in order to prevent flooding in an area within an established zone of potential high flood risk ZDYKP.
