The project concerns the creation of an ACP Open Trade Center by the Municipality of Pella in cooperation with the Chamber of Pella and the participation of 105 local businesses and empty shops with the aim of improving the functional aesthetic and traffic characteristics of the shopping center of the city of Giannitsa, the correct environmental management of the area, the stimulation of the attractiveness of the shopping center and consequently the strengthening of the economic activity and the local economy. The total area of the intervention area is 8740 sqm while the total length of the trade road network amounts to 820 m. To achieve the objectives of the project, a set of coherent and interrelated interventions will be implemented that will upgrade the functionality and aesthetics of the public space through urban regeneration interventions b will organize the economic activity with the adoption and use of smart city applications and c will promote the consolidation and promotion of the identity of the intervention area by removing illegal signs and constructions outside the legal specifications and promoting joint promotion actions of the ACP and the participating businesses.
