The operation concerns the works for the extension of the modernization and upgrading of the existing WWTP of Moudania, the construction of a new central pumping station for new pipelines for supply and extraction to and from the WWTP and the construction of an underwater pipeline for the disposal of treated wastewater, as well as the modernization and upgrading of the existing supply pumping stations and the EM equipment of the WWTP of Kallikratia.The implementation of the proposed projects seeks to ensure the protection of water resources and the wider environment from relevant risks, to upgrade the standard of living of residents and visitors and to provide maximum environmental protection of water recipients in the area from urban wastewater.
