The project concerns the RESTORATION OF THE PHOENIX THEATRE in the city of Corfu, which provides for the following works a Rehabilitation and reinforcement of the load-bearing structure b Rehabilitation of the exterior facades and reconstruction of a metal roof in the area of the summer theatre c Rehabilitation of the interiors of the theatre and auxiliary spaces d Rehabilitation of roofs and floors e Electromechanical installations for heating air-conditioning water supply sewerage fire protection lighting of a sound installation stage mechanism and construction of a substation in Ensuring accessibility for people with disabilities
