The proposed act aims at upgrading the administrative capacity of the HCAP Charokopio University as regards the preparation selection approval monitoring management control and evaluation of all projects of programs that it will implement as a Beneficiary under the Programme Human Resources and Social Cohesion PADIKS 20212027 More specifically, it includes the provision of services to support the administrative and operational capacity of the HCAP Charokopio University as a beneficiary in the management and implementation of interventions as well as the provision of specialized legal support by an external collaborating legal advisor for the proper monitoring and implementation of the operations of the Operational Programme Human Resources and Social Cohesion for the Programming Period 2021 2027
