The object of the project is the restoration of the listed building complex Villa Rossa in the city of Corfu, its preservation as a historical and architectural monument, the full development of the property with modernization of its facilities and its exploitation as a cultural building with exhibition spaces in which the history of the city of Corfu is presented, as well as periodic other exhibitions such as folklore material stamps etc. The restoration and promotion of the building complex with the simultaneous upgrading of its functionality, the installation of modern and bioclimatic electromechanical facilities, ensuring the accessibility of people with disabilities and the utilization of the surrounding area which is an integral whole with the buildings and presents special natural beauty with dense vegetation and rare centuries-old trees with outdoor exhibitions, cultural and recreational events is a unique opportunity to save a monumental architectural project through ensuring the continuous future operation of the project.
