The proposal concerns the supply and installation of new modern biomedical equipment that will meet the needs of the University General Hospital of Heraklion These are equipment for laboratories of endoscopic departments of clinical units of increased care and intensive care of emergency surgeries as well as a CT scanner of modern technology The systems and devices that will be acquired are expected a to meet the needs of the Hospital and the wider society that were created due to the ageing and obsolescence of the corresponding existing equipment b to contribute to the coverage of urgent needs imposed by the reality of the COVID-19 pandemic and c to the development and improvement of new nursing and therapeutic procedures and services The new equipment will be installed in existing areas of the University General Hospital and requires the simple replacement and withdrawal of old equipment
