The object of the project is the creation of an Urban Park of 6500 m2 in the Building Block OT 97A which is located in the district of Bosporos of Menemeni Municipal Unit of the Municipality of Ampelokipoi Menemeni in the subterranean area of Agia Paraskevi Street More specifically, in the context of the implementation of the project, the following are foreseen: Creation of a small theater space that has the possibility of parallel different uses Creation of a dog park in order to meet the ever-increasing need of organized recreational areas for dogs and to prevent the arbitrary use of other inappropriate spaces Creation of a space for preschool children with a bicycle path and a rest area Creation of aromatic and ornamental gardens for quality upgrade of green relaxation and educational purposes Creation of rain gardens for biological retention of pollutants and natural drainage Creation of parking spaces for visitors and people with disabilities Introduction of water element for entertainment and improvement of microclime through evaporation Creation Creation of spaces with seating and ping tables
