The operation concerns the supply and productive operation of a modern information system that will be web-based will operate in the government cloud and will be accompanied by mobile applications for access to data and functions with the aim of strengthening the administrative capacity of the Region of Central Macedonia and optimizing the management of available resources It will cover the following functional areasManagement of Financial Resources Budget Financing Fixed Warehouses Real Estate Revenue Expenditure International Public Sector Accounting Standards Electronic InvoicingDataManagement of Human Resources Payroll Clearance Digital Organisational Chart Staff Service Files Assessment and Judgements HeadsManagement of Business Plan and Projects Training and monitoring of the business plan of the Region with respect to the analytical data of the physical and financial object in the digital project file The new information system will have an interoperability system with both central administration systems and other information systems of the Region to improve the services provided to citizens and businesses. The subsystems will use uniform rules and logical controls in order to automate operations and provide new digital services such as e-invoicing, information of beneficiaries and debtors, digital service of staff, monitoring of receipts through DIAS
