This Act provides, on the one hand, for the supply and distribution of food and basic material assistance and, on the other hand, for the provision of accompanying measures for actions aimed at addressing social exclusion and social emergencies in a more active and sustainable way, which are designed and implemented in accordance with the needs of the population.
