The Act covers the needs for continuous upgrading of the systems and tools for the organisation of the management of the provision of training services to the executives of the ELKE of Panteion University as well as the needs for additional technical assistance technical consultants that may arise to support the implementation of the management and monitoring of the co-financed operations implemented under the NSRF. It covers expenditure for the provision of services by temporary staff of the ELKE of Panteion University of consulting services relating to the preparation of the planning, the management, the implementation, the verification, the audit and the inspection of the Operations included under the NSRF for the period 202127 and for which the Managing Authority or Intermediate Body is responsible for the Special Management Service of the PADKS. The object of this Work Package is to support the entity in the financial control, the processing, the agreement and the submission with Monthly Bulletins of the amount of expenditure which constitute the intermediate and final deliverables of the Act. The Act concerns the strengthening of the systems and procedures for the organization of the management of the Panteion University and the Special Account for Research Grants (ELKE) with a view to the effective implementation of the Acts that are included in the framework of the NSRF of the period 202127 and for which the Managing Authority or Intermediate Body is the Special Management Service of the PADKS.
