The project concerns the preparation of the Local Urban Plan of the Municipality of Samothrace in accordance with Law 44472016 Government Gazette A' 24123122016 as amended by Law 47592020 Government Gazette A'2452020 The Local Urban Plan of the Municipality of Samothrace is a set of textual maps and diagrams that define the model of spatial organization and development, the terms and restrictions of building as well as any other measure condition or limitation required for the integrated spatial development and organization of the area. The LTS will contribute substantially to the utilization and promotion of the Municipality's potential, taking into account the specificities of the region and its comparative advantages, and will be the basic tool for the development planning of the Municipality of Samothrace for the coming years.
