The operation concerns the continuation of the provision of specialized and innovative health education and social welfare services in Western Greece to vulnerable population groups of the PDE elderly people with disabilities who live alone or are not adequately supported by the person living together It includes the 24-hour telephone support of beneficiaries through special telecare devices that are given and installed to the beneficiary.
