The Act concerns the procurement of research equipment for the Laboratory for the Development of Integrated Process Systems EANOSYS of CERTH in order to enhance new knowledge and innovation in the field of Environment and Circular Economy of the National Smart Specialization Strategy RIS3 and in particular in the Regional Output Environment Materials The Act aims to upgrade the research infrastructure of EANOSYS by strengthening research in the field of Environment and Circular Economy with emphasis on sustainable development and addressing environmental challenges Focuses on industrial symbiosis utilizing CO2 for the production of high added value products reducing the environmental footprint and saving resources Through innovative technologies of capture and electrochemical conversion of CO2 promotes the production of bioproducts of synthetic fuels and clean energy At the same time supports national and regional circular economy strategies by creating technological bases that enhance innovation, the optimal utilization of resources and the transition to economic and environmental sustainability
