The proposal significantly strengthens the operational capabilities of the EKAV of Kozani, which due to the pandemic of the new coronavirus is now required to significantly exceed the levels of operational readiness of the pre-COVID19 era at the same time as it is called upon to develop new capacities for the management of health crises, e.g. in situations of pandemic of natural technological or man-made disasters of major accidents.
