The project concerns the continuation of the operation of the Structure called the Basic Goods Supply Structure Social Grocery Social Pharmacy of the Municipality of ThermiThe Social Grocery distributes on a regular basis to beneficiaries in need food and grocery items packaged personal hygiene items frozen clothing and footwear household equipment toys etc. new or second hand entertainment items such as books to meet learning and cultural needsThe Social Pharmacy provides to beneficiaries free pharmaceuticals sanitary material and parapharmaceutical products which ensures through specific partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and local pharmaceutical associations as well as the participation and mobilisation of collective bodies of businesses and citizensThe purpose of the Structure is to continue supporting vulnerable groups in a situation of poverty or threatened by poverty
