The transition to a green and sustainable transport system is a key challenge for Greece and the Municipality of Piraeus, especially in accordance with the strategic priorities and specific climate objectives of the National Energy and Climate Plan Electric mobility promotes cleaner, smarter and cheaper means of transport, contributes significantly to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and favors the penetration of RES into the energy mix, while at the same time it promotes the digital transition by introducing the design and implementation of new technologies and supporting innovation.
