The project concerns the elaboration of the Local Urban Plan of the Municipality of Myki in accordance with Law 44472016 Government Gazette A' 24123122016 as amended by Law 47592020 Government Gazette A'2452020 The Local Urban Plan of the Municipality of Myki is a set of textual maps and diagrams that define the model of spatial organization and development, the land use, the building conditions and restrictions as well as any other measure condition or limitation required for the integrated spatial development and organization of the area The LTS defines for each municipal unit the following categories of areas a Residential Areas b Areas of productive and business activities c Areas of protection d Land use control areas The elaboration of the LTS aims at 1 Achieving sustainable economic development by creating a strong productive base and focusing on innovation and increasing employment 2 Territorial and social cohesion, fair allocation of resources and the removal of exclusions 3 Protection of the natural and cultural environment of landscape biodiversity and sustainable use of resources will contribute substantially to the utilization and promotion of the Municipality's potential, taking into account the particularities of the area and its comparative advantages, and will be the basic tool for the development planning of the Municipality of Myki for the coming years
