The Act concerns the creation of the necessary infrastructure i.e. the installation of 7 photovoltaic systems with a total capacity of 7MW by the Energy Community of the Municipality of Kozani with Limited Liability EKOIN in order to produce green energy and contain the ever-increasing energy costs through virtual netting of the produced energy with the existing consumptions of the entities participating in the cooperative capital of EKOIN
