The archaeological site of Mycenae has an emblematic position in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites as a site that preserves the remains of the palace center of the Mycenaean era to a large extent and degree of completeness The proposed project concerns a part of the Mycenaean acropolis that displays impressive for its time construction and spatial organization while preserving in a very large percentage its authenticity and readability with excellent volumetric performance At the same time, beyond its architectural function, it plays a crucial role in preserving the retaining of the palace complex The hearth that remains for centuries in its place retains all its authentic elements making it a unique historical find in situ worldwide.
