The building of the former Papapetrou tobacco warehouses is a four-storey building with a semi-basement constructed in the interwar period and specifically in 1923 which has been characterized as a historical listed monument as this building is directly connected with the economic life of the city of Agrinio and is important for the study of the history of architecture since it is an interesting case of influence of foreign currents of architecture in Greek space in buildings constructed by Greek businessmen.
