The purpose of the Act is to support and upgrade the institution of the Internship for the better use at professional level of the knowledge and skills acquired by students during their studies in the more effective and beneficial integration of graduates of higher education in the productive system of the country as well as in the creation of a two-way channel for the transmission of information between educational institutions and productive bodies.
