This act concerns the energy upgrading of the Student Housing of the Municipality of Soufli This building with a total area of 332255 m2 performs a very important work in the local community by providing housing to students from the settlements of the mountainous volume of the Municipality of Soufli who reside during the week in order to be able to attend their basic school education in a Gymnasium and Lyceum.
