The objective of the Act is to provide integrated social care services to vulnerable and specific population groups of the target group vulnerable population groups, i.e. children adolescents in need or at risk of children adolescent victims of violence of persons with disabilities who have difficulty or are unable to receive services that are considered necessary for their psychosomatic development.
