The proposed act exploits the opportunities of digital transformation for the Municipality of Tripoli by supporting the sustainable development of the region by providing innovative efficient and high quality services for the benefit of citizens and businesses while ensuring the long-term technological readiness of the Municipality for the realization of the so-called digital leap in the new digital reality.
