The proposed Act concerns at the first level the implementation of the Action Plans for Gender Equality and the fight against Discrimination through the establishment and operation of a special Office of the University of Patras designing and implementing innovative methods for the organization of work and administrative procedures, the development of initiatives for the collection and analysis of data on gender issues in the university community, the drafting of specialized guides and the development of tools, the implementation of actions that promote the balanced representation of men and women in positions of responsibility, the taking of measures and interventions to prevent and combat sexual violence and harassment.
