The physical object of the operation includes actions to provide technical support services to the Managing Authority in the exercise of its tasks which by their nature require special treatment either in terms of the required know-how or in terms of the required resources that cannot be addressed by the existing staff at a specific time and supplies and operational support services of the Managing Authority for the effective implementation and implementation of the Programme.
