The Act concerns, on the one hand, the creation of the Center for the Prevention and Protection of Children and Adolescents in the Municipality of Thessaloniki, a structure that includes an integrated approach with counseling actions for children and adolescent parents and teachers, but also with actions towards the community in order to better understand and address through targeted actions and interventions the phenomena of violence and delinquency of children and adolescents who are in an upsurge in recent years and, on the other hand, the creation of an Observatory of youth violence and delinquency of children and adolescents in the Municipality of Thessaloniki in order to feed with reliable data the bodies and services of the Municipality of Thessaloniki in order to design and implement appropriate and targeted actions and interventions to address the phenomenon of youth violence and delinquency.
