CompetenceNetwork "Women's Future-Digitalization-New Work"

The project innovatively links two opportunities for women in the Leader regions ‘Nationalpark OÖ Kalkalpen’ and ‘Traunviertler Alpenvorland’: · Opportunity Digitalisation · Opportunity New Work by building a new competence network “Women’s Future – Digitalisation – New Work” with the participation of the target group and strategic partnerships. Such a project is so far unique in Austria and particularly socially innovative in terms of participatory openness to innovative processes and products. Objectives and target groups The overall objective is to reduce gender pay gaps. At the same time, the project aims at gender-responsive regional development by creating new places of learning and work as well as by exploiting synergies of cooperation, networking and exchange. The activities of the project relate both to the direct target group of women and to companies, organisations and initiatives as an indirect target group.
