The farm advisory project ‘100 percent – gender equality pays off’, co-financed by the ESF+ and the BMAW, aims at gender-sensitive income and career development. The consulting and coaching offer accompanies Austrian companies and their employees on their way to more gender equality. The focus is on HR processes on income and career, which are implemented or professionalized in such a way that they contribute to equality in the company. In addition to a staff structure analysis, a special feature of the project is a comprehensive salary structure analysis. One focus is on future-relevant (and often still male-connoted) green jobs and the IT industry, which should each make up about 20% of the consulted companies. The consulting services are complemented by an accompanying comprehensive public relations work (events, social media, newsletters, etc.) and a broad knowledge development and transfer (numerous networking meetings, training courses, planned public knowledge pool, etc.).
