The purpose of the operation is to develop a system of forecasting skills needs and identifying gaps in occupations and competences for the short, medium and long term, which will enable the upgrading and deepening of competences and skills of employees in accordance with the needs of the labour market and thus strengthen the competitiveness of the Slovenian economy.
