The purpose of the UDM+ operation is to acquire and strengthen the abilities, knowledge, skills, competences and skills of unemployed persons whose existing knowledge or work experience does not enable direct employment, based on the needs of local labour markets. The operation thus contributes to promoting the employment of unemployed people from the target groups by improving their employment opportunities and increasing their competitiveness in the labour market. Among other things, the operation promotes training on the local labour market in jobs in the field of shortage occupations, where the gap between supply and demand is most pronounced. In this way, it also contributes to reducing labour market mismatches.
