The subject of the investment is the construction of a new extension to the sports hall Slovenj Gradec with the aim of more efficient use of space in the urban area and exploitation of the internal potentials of the urban area. This will bring about a technological modernisation of existing public sports facilities and outdoor sports facilities, increase the number of public sports facilities and outdoor sports facilities, increase the quality and number of publicly accessible sports facilities in the urban and natural environment, regulate the accessibility of public sports facilities and outdoor sports facilities to people with different types and degrees of disabilities, and establish the conditions for the protection of public sports infrastructure against future natural disasters.
