Subject to direct confirmation of the operation (hereinafter: NPO) is the co-financing of activities, interventions and measures that will contribute to the development and implementation of interdisciplinary, preventive treatment before/fragility at the primary level of health care and to the development and implementation of an integrated pathway of treatment before/fragility of persons, in terms of improving health and digital literacy, awareness, strengthening and maintaining physical and mental health and reducing health inequalities in older adults.
