The aim of the project is to improve the efficiency of the social protection system by strengthening staff and improving the quality of services, especially for the social inclusion of the most vulnerable people. The purpose of the project is also to strengthen the competences of professional staff at CSDs, specifically for working with families and vulnerable individuals, and thus strengthen social security services while strengthening protective factors and preventing potential risk factors. The introduction of methods with elements of fieldwork will allow to adapt to the needs of each individual case or user. With this approach, we will effectively contribute to overcoming social exclusion and increase the involvement of all stakeholders in providing assistance to the individual, while enhancing equal, timely access to quality, sustainable services.
