The main goal of the project is to establish a new physical and virtual exhibition space, as well as an interpretational, intercultural, creative and educational center of the EPIC and the arrangement of external surfaces, thus contributing to the revitalization of the urban border area, improving the functionality, safety and quality of the area and adding new quality of life for the inhabitants of both Gorice. The aim of the project is also to arrange one of the venues for the implementation of the European Capital of Culture 2025 programme (EPK GO!2025), as the project EPK GO!2025 – EPIC is one of the main projects in the ECK GO!2025 application book. The project will contribute 3,259 m2 of renovated free and underused areas.
