The Old Power Station - Centre of the Future project envisages the construction and establishment of a new business incubator measuring 9,242.5 m2 in the renovated degraded Old Power Station facility in order to provide the conditions for the establishment of new contents in the facility, which will have a positive impact on human resources development, research and development, innovation, the promotion of the creation of new businesses and the just transition of the region itself. This appropriation is intended to cover the purchase of land, construction, outsourcing, incubation equipment, information and communication costs and the cost of outsourcing services.
