The key purpose of the project is to provide education, information, counselling and analysis services to strengthen collective bargaining in the Republic of Slovenia. In cooperation with workers' representatives, social partners and civil society, the project seeks to improve the competences of social partners to strengthen workers' representation and enable better and more effective collective bargaining. At the same time, it aims to empower civil society in organising and raising awareness of employees’ rights, thus having a positive impact on working conditions, labour rights and improving job quality.
