Health Centre Slovenj Gradec

The subject of the investment is the construction of an extension to the Slovenj Gradec Health Centre, which is part of a comprehensive urban renovation and internal development of the urban area. The investment focuses on the revitalisation and restructuring of underutilised urban areas and the optimisation of existing spatial arrangements, thereby improving the quality of the urban environment and creating conditions for sustainable development. By renovating and revitalising underutilised urban areas, the project will improve the quality of public infrastructure and create modern conditions for health care. The extension with a gross floor area of 1.966 m2 will be used for emergency medical assistance, health promotion centre, general medicine, community service and programmes for children and youth. The project is in line with the principles of the CTN and the objectives of the Sustainable Urban Strategy of the Municipality of Slovenj Gradec, as it contributes to the revitalization of the space, better use of the existing building land and an increase in the quality of living and accessibility of services for all residents, including vulnerable groups.
