The purpose of the investment is to support the implementation process of ZDOsk-1. In order to ensure user-oriented care and strengthen the network of services, the purpose of the operation/project is to provide professional support and increased capacity of all stakeholders in the process of establishing DOs, while in particular strengthening the competences of employees in DOs and employees at the CSD for quality, safe and user-oriented care. Objectives of the operation/project: - Strengthen the capacities and improve the competences of experts at the CSD and at DO service providers for the provision and implementation of user-centred care and the development of the DO network. - Upgrade working methods and introduce innovations in DO, with the aim of developing person-centred care and ensuring life in the home environment, by providing professional support for employees at CSDs and DO coordinators at DO service providers. To enable effective monitoring of CSR, with the aim of timely identification of systemic deficiencies, challenges and impacts, by preparing methodological baselines and measurement instruments that will lay the foundations for systematic and long-term monitoring of CSR. To provide the foundation for a better quality of service and life for older people by developing a model for quality assessment in DOs and pilot testing of the model. The beneficiary will be the Institute of the Republic of Slovenia for Social Protection. The activities of the operation/project are: - project management, monitoring and coordination; - development of monitoring methodologies and quality assessment model for user-oriented long-term care - development of new competences of employees in long-term care - Information and communication on the content of the project
