As part of the ESF project ‘Implementation of the CROQF and development of tools in linking education and the labour market’, the MROSP started the process of harmonising education with labour market needs. In order to further connect education and the labour market, it is necessary to continue improving the process for advanced labour market monitoring through the further development of the CROQF system, regulated professions and skills mapping as well as services in the acquisition of competencies of the workforce through the upgrading of the Advanced Labour Market Monitoring Portal with new functionalities and connecting with the databases of institutions that are not yet included in the data exchange, improving the recommendations for enrolment policy, upgrading and updating the skills catalogue and creating the model of individual learning accounts (ILA).
