The project Establishing a system for e-delivery and e-base of collective agreements will contribute to strengthening the efficiency of public administration by digitalising the business process of delivery, recording and publication of collective agreements, and by enabling the development of analyses of additional labour rights, it will contribute to the improvement of national labour legislation and collective bargaining. An information system for e-delivery and e-base of collective agreements will be established, the capacities of the organisational units of the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy responsible for this business process will be strengthened, as well as the coordination of collective bargaining, a manual and study will be developed, and the importance of social partnership and collective bargaining will be promoted to stakeholders.
