During 2022, as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2023-2026, the MROSP started the implementation of the voucher system. In order to detect educational programmes eligible for the award of vouchers, it is necessary to carry out a process of mapping relevant skills and establish a sustainable database that will also enable the future implementation of the voucher system. Skills mapping will focus on digital and green skills, which is also a prerequisite for the implementation of the voucher system. A skills assessment module will also be developed to further professional development and support users in the process of selecting educational programmes and using voucher systems to acquire green and digital competences.
