The project is aimed at strengthening the capacity of social dialogue through the empowerment of social partners through training, networking and the introduction of digitalisation processes and innovative services for members of trade union organizations. Special emphasis is put on attracting new members through innovation and campaigns (initiatives). The aim is to strengthen key stakeholders who are co-creators of labour market policies and to enable them to participate with adequate capacities in fast-evolving changes in the labour market, driven by demographic developments and the green and digital transitions. The project aims to ensure the systematic impact of social partners on future developments in the social welfare and health system.
