The aim of the project is to provide support activities to students with disabilities in educational institutions in mastering educational and personal tasks, in order to ensure conditions for the improvement of their educational achievements, more successful socialization, emotional functioning and a model of inclusion in the community in the city of Varaždin. The project area is the city of Varaždin, the applicant is the City of Varaždin, and partners 8 regular primary school and 1 special educational institution. The target group is a minimum of 63 students with disabilities who have been granted the right to support by a decision (right to PUN/CPC) in accordance with the Personal Assistance Act (OG 71/2023) and who will receive support from PUN or CPC within 36 months of project implementation.
