The aim of the project is to provide support and support services in everyday life for the elderly and people with disabilities in the area of the city of Drniš. Through greater social inclusion and longer stay in your own home, the quality of life and more dignified ageing increase. Project activities of providing support and support services with the procurement and distribution of packages of supplies which includes the recruitment of 30 service providers for 180 members of the target group, monitoring and control, procurement and distribution of packages, communication and visibility, project management and administration.
