The main goal of the project is social inclusion and prevention of institutionalization of elderly people and people with disabilities in the city of Zagreb. This is in line with the general objective of the call: Increasing social inclusion and preventing the institutionalisation of vulnerable groups through the provision of long-term care, and the specific objective calls for: the provision of support and support services in the daily life of the elderly and persons with disabilities. The objectives of the project are to be achieved through the employment of 30 home helpers for a period of 33 months to help vulnerable groups in their daily lives.
